It took considerable persuasion to get them to pick me up as arranged. Once picked up the driver was great, no problems. It appears that the pick up/drop off details and time details are not sent to the local agent, this nearly caused me serious problems as at that time in the morning it would have been very difficult to arrange another taxi.”
