One thing that would be helpful for people to be aware of is the fact that the terrain is quite steep and slippy, with lots of loose rocks, plus a short vertical ascent by a ladder. “Luca was our guide for this day in Kotor. He did a great job patiently waiting for our group as our tender was 30 m inutes later than we had planned. Bikes were not in the best shape.With our party of 3 only one of the bikes actually shifted gears. It's mostly flat so not a big deal. The hike is challenging! It was a very, very hot day 102 heat index. The 3 of us in our 60's but accustomed to biking and hiking we had to stop to rest more than I would have predicted.
